Focus Scriptures
1 Peter 5:5b
God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
1 Peter 5:6-7
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
2 Corinthians 12:8-10
Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, âMy grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.â Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christâs sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Prayer for Healing
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for being the God who heals us.
Thank you for your love, grace, and mercy towards us, for your forgiveness & restoration.
Thank you for sending your only son to die on the cross for our sins and so that we may be able to receive your healing power.
I thank you that You said that you heal the broken hearted and bind up their wounds. I thank you that You said that You would take sickness out of our midst if we simply submit to You and follow Your instructions. I thank You that You said you would restore health to us.
Father, we repent of any sins we or those in our bloodline have committed, knowingly and unknowingly. Will you please forgive us of our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness?
If there is anyone watching this video who is experiencing illness in mind, body, or spirit right now, will you please send healing to them now through Your Holy Spirit?
Heal them, O Lord, and they shall be healed;
Save them, and they shall be saved,
For You are our praise.
Thank you for Your healing power!
We love you, we honor You, and we praise you!
In Jesusâ mighty name,
Amen â€ïž

I hope you are doing well! Back when I returned to The Garden, I said that I really wanted to focus more on including more about what God says about health and how we can ensure that we are doing our part to be in right standing to receive our divine inheritance of health. Iâve been sharing more about God and the Bible in general on Faith Fridays, but for todayâs Wellness Wednesday post, weâre taking it back to the foundation and exploring Biblical principles for health.
In todayâs video, I share specific scriptures on Godâs promises and instructions for health and offer practical ways to apply them in our lives. May health and healing be your portion as God intended it to be.
Enjoy, and have a healthy & wholesome week!
