Stay ready, so you ain't gotta get ready, sis!

As you know, this month, we've been talking about our menstrual cycles and how we can make our experiences more pleasant and less dreadful. Last week we discussed cycle syncing and how we can use it as a way to not only alleviate some of the worst parts of menstruation, but also to be at our best throughout the month. This week, we're getting a little more personal as I share how I use many of the suggestions from the menstrual phase section of last week's video to cater to my body's needs during that time of the month.

Check out this week's video to see what I keep in my 'menstrual toolkit'. Then, let me know, what do you keep in yours?

Our menstrual cycles are a regular part of our lives, but we don’t have to settle for them being so unpleasant. After YEARS of painful periods, I am 4 months cramps-free and I owe it to a technique called cycle syncing.

Want better periods with less pain and PMS?

Check out this week’s video: Intro to Cycle Synching to learn how you can work with your body to have more pleasant menstrual cycles and to maximize your health & experience throughout the month!
