What's in your Menstrual Toolkit? (Refreshing your Menstrual Cycle: Part III)

Updated: Dec 27, 2022

Stay ready, so you ain't gotta get ready, sis!

As you know, this month, we've been talking about our menstrual cycles and how we can make our experiences more pleasant and less dreadful. Last week we discussed cycle syncing and how we can use it as a way to not only alleviate some of the worst parts of menstruation, but also to be at our best throughout the month. This week, we're getting a little more personal as I share how I use many of the suggestions from the menstrual phase section of last week's video to cater to my body's needs during that time of the month.

Check out this week's video to see what I keep in my 'menstrual toolkit'. Then, let me know, what do you keep in yours?

If you missed any of the videos in this month's 'Refreshing your Menstrual Cycle' series, you can watch them at the links below:

Next week, we will be talking about vaginal health & how to keep our V happy!

Be sure to subscribe, so you're the first to know when we share a new blog or video.

Have a healthy & wholesome week 🌱
